Rates & Policies

General

Mid June through Labor Day we rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday.  

​

Weekend and midweek rentals are available through the rest of the year at a discounted rate.

​

Check in time is after 4pm EST for all units.  Checkout is at 10am EST.

​

Pets and Smoking Policies

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are only allowed when a group rents the entire property and all guests in that group agree to the pet being present during the stay. Pets are only allowed in cottages, and are strictly prohibited in the Lake House at any time.

​

Smoking is not allowed inside any rental units. Smoking must take place at least 100 feet away from units.
